Parque Marítimo, the scene of the opening ceremony of the Carnival of Santa Cruz 2017. The Marine Park ‘César Manrique‘ is the scenario in which the opening ceremony of the Carnival of Santa Cruz de Tenerife 2017, an appointment that has been set by the Autonomous Body Party (OAFAR) on Friday January 27, 2017 will take place.
The councilman Festival, Gladis de León, has already begun to prepare the first details about the show during a coordination meeting with the director of the Gala de la Reina, Enrique Camacho, besides the technicians responsible for the opening ceremony.
Camacho will be in charge of devising the script for this show, in which the order of participation of the candidates for Queen of Carnival in three categories (child, adult and older) are also known.
Located between the Auditorium and the Exhibition Centre, the Parque Marítimo has abundant tropical vegetation and palm trees which is an ideal stage on which to develop the next Carnival opening ceremony, which will be dedicated to the Caribbean.
